The former Czechoslovakia also embraced the new fashion. However, what set it apart from the rest of the countries, especially considering the deep-rooted Czech puppeteer tradition, was the fact that the small table-top theatres made in this country were intended for professional performances, always with puppets as the protagonists.

Big STAPPER THEATER



This large theater was used in professional representations to a wider audience and that the family had a rather complex lighting system that unfortunately has been lost. This tradition is still valid today: the Czech puppets are the most prized in the world thanks to the traditional expertise and dedication of its artisans.
The proscenium is impressive in its size and simplicity of his opulent decor contrasts with the drawing of the curtain proscenium.
Includes a decorated wooden racks with three levels that create a compelling sense of depth, the puppets of the image belong to the story of Snow White and the seven dwarfs.

Little CZECH THEATER


Following the Czech tradition, these small puppet theatres carry the racks subject to the base, since the rods and loom for decorated prevent manipulation of the puppets, which takes place at the top.
